About the Center:

The Nefesh Yehudi Center in the Technion was established in 2004, and has since been a source of Jewish enrichment for hundreds of campus students.

Technion students, who harbor some of the best Israeli minds, participate in regular weekly programs, lessons, and lectures, which engage in Jewish heritage and its implications for the Jewish nation in its homeland of Israel, today.

Basic concepts of Judaism are studied in depth, while questions about the meaning of Jewish identity in the world are raised for discussion, debated, and answered by a staff of trained instructors. As they leave to face the challenges of the world after graduation, these young people are connected to the Jewish nation and aware of their identity as Jews.
